6 Vintage 1930s Moulded and Carved Mahogany Brown Casein 2.2cm Buttons

Like your favourite piece of old furniture these mahogany brown vintage casein buttons exude familiarity and comfort.

The buttons are moulded so that one side dips and then rises - the different depths and polished surface catching the light - you can see this in the photos.
The other side is carved into a starburst - each vertical segment also having horizontal lines carved across it.
A most satisfying design.
They are 2.2cm in diameter and are from the 1940s .
