A Whistling Toothbrush in its Original 1950s box - decorated with...whistling birds..
 On the back it says "I like to whistle...I like to Brush !"
 Obviously to get kids to brush their teeth. 
Its 13cm long and the whistle is on the end of the brush .
BUT - I would not give this to children now - it is over 60 years old and the plastic is brittle and could easily snap.
More for putting on a shelf and admiring...
The last picture is of the box of 12 that these come in ..
if you'd like a box too...please ask.
I found these in the warehouse of an old general stores that I cleared
