An unused 1940s display card with 2  glowing red perspex hairslides decorated with diamante studs.
 They are 5.5cm wide.. 
I've added a photo of the clip at the back.
The packet is  9cm wide and  has written on it "KAI KEE PRODUCT MADE IN HONG KONG.
I found these in an old warehouse I cleared.
The boxes they were in were very flimsy so some of the cards are a little bent or torn.
