The label says 24yds MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY - which dates it to the years
1950 - 1954.
The trim is 1.8cm wide and is strong, quite rough, feels like cotton, maybe for upholstery, but would make great straps on a bag.
Found in an old haberdashery warehouse.
