Rather impressive vintage buttons, domed upwards with an ornate cut-out pattern.
There is an integral shank on the back - shown in the picture of the brown buttons.
They are 2cm wide (apart from the 2nd white ones that are 1.5cm) and made of plastic.

I found these in an old button warehouse I cleared.
