Swirling Floral 1940s Black Metal Brooch

A vivacious vintage metal brooch...swirling leaves and flowers.
The black has been painted on and is a little wrn, or maybe its intentional, on the high points...adds definition !
Probably from the 1940s but maybe older.
They measure 4 x 4.5cm.
