Lovely vintage celluloid Brooch

There's a lot going on here ..an accordian playing sailor sits on the toe of a clog, which is a boat, wearing a traditional dutch hat, perfectly co-ordinated with the flag  on his boat.
And I have 2 with a heart hanging down, and another with a slightly more helpful anchor.
