1980s Curly Cone Earrings

Genuine 1980s earrings.
Well which other era would come up with these ?
3cm long, plastic covered wire curled into a graduated tube.
Guarantee no-one else will have a pair.
They came from an old seaside jewellery kiosk that closed in the mid 80s and then the stock was stored for 40 odd years in a cellar - so in excellent unused condition.
