Vintage Jumping Seal Toy - Made in Hong Kong

Press the rubber pump and it unrolls a little rubber tube underneath the seal , making it jump up im the air.
Well, theoretically...many of the mechanisms have not survived the years intact, so there's not a lot of jumping going on with most of these toys.
But still, great packaging, and memories (if you're as old a me...)
