On their original "ELIZABETH" shop cards these lovely little white glass buttons are in the shape of hearts.
Tiny little 1cm wide hearts
There are 12 of them on each card and they have an integral glass shank on the back which you can see in the last photo.
I'm selling them as 12 on a card or 6 loose.
