Vintage Ornate Pink Plastic Box with Stork Carrying a Baby on the Lid !

So...Slightly bemused about what this rather lovely little box was for..
Pale pink, with an ornately decorated lid in the centre of which is a little silver coloured plaque featuring a stork carrying a bundle, no doubt containing a baby, serenely over the clouds. (in the photo it looks rather dusty)
Its 6cm long and 2.5cm tall and has a little crack on the base.
