The most fashionable dresses  and coats for a late summer outing  are featured on the double page front and back cover of the 4th September 1937 copy of Mode & Roman.
Mode & Roman translates as Fashion and Fiction.
Inside there are 18 pages of fashion illustrations and photographs for dressmaking,  for women and children, homemaking, health,  knitting, crafts and adverts. 
Then there is a further central section of  pages of fiction.
The paper measures 27cm x 18.5cm and is in good condition.
