Pair of DUREX Gauge 13 (2.25mm) 12" Knitting Needles

Original Unused Durex Knitting Needles.
Yes, it appears Durex did make knitting needles.
Made of casein, a plastic made of milk protein which predates modern plastics.
I've been told these are very warm and comfortable to knit with.
Probably from the 1950s.
They are gauge 13 which is 2.25mm wide, 12" long and I have several different colours
