Toilet, as in...The Process of Dressing.

which, according to the claims on the lid of this fetching yellow box, they are..

50g of Steel Pins.

 The plastic box is curved on the inside - for easy pin removal.

Found in an old warehouse -  unused condition - just little tape marks on the edge of the lid as they were originally taped shut to stop the pins escaping.
