Vintage Turquoise Enamel and Sparkly Crystal Heart Brooch

You don't often come across a turquoise blue heart , especially one surrounded by sparkly light reflecting crystals.
3.6cm tall and wide, with a good safety clip on the back, found in an old warehouse so excellent unused condition.
