French Deco Petrol Blue 2 Part 7.5cm Buckle for 3cm Belt

A  lovely flourish of a buckle, very Deco, very French.
A mottled petrol blue colour, lots of colour variations characteristic
of this kind of vintage plastic.
7.5cm wide and 4.5cm tall.
The metal bars at the back accomodate a belt up to 3.2cm wide
