An original unused display card of commemorative hair grips made for the 1953 Coronation of Elizabeth II.
The card has a picture of a young Queen Elizabeth and the 2 metal hair grips actually have gold crowns on the ends - brilliant !
"MADE IN ENGLAND" is printed on the packaging .
The pins are metal and 2" long and the packet is just over 3" long and is in good condition for its age.
I found them on the very top shelf of an old wholesalers warehouse
Obviously put there at the end of 1953 and Completely Forgotten about...
