1930s/40s Impressive Bakelite Buckle for 5cm Belt

A shiny bakelite brown.

And a very Deco design...swoops and steps with some textured detailing.

It's 6.cm tall, 7cm wide and the aperture is just over 5.2cm tall and each side is 1.5m wide.
So would fit a belt up to 5cm wide.
Made in the U.S.A and still on its, rather bashed, display card.
