1940s Heart Necklace on Original Display card

The hearts are made of some sort of light metal, 2 halves pressed together, they are 2.5cm tall x 2cm wide and have the odd area of tarnish, often only on one side.
The chain is 45 cm long with a simple decorative clasp.
