Maybe there was a Tombola craze in Italy in the 1930s...along with the Space Craze,
resulting in this splendid unused box of Space Tombola
On the cover the spacemen, or are they aliens, sit happily at a card table, on a cloud,
and play tombola, whilst rockets whizz around them unnoticed.
Inside are a cardboard master board and score cards decorated with space scenes.
There's also a bag of wooden numbers.
I just have a few of these games and sometimes the paper band on the sets of cards has split.
Despite some extensive research I cannot find any images of this game..so can probably/confidently, say these are the only ones still left in existence !
