Vintage Enamel Red, White and Blue Nail Clippers and File Key Ring

A little pair of red, white and blue nail clippers and a nail file on the inside part. 
The clipper is 6cm long
They are sturdy, work well and the cello is really pretty !
I have seen the symbol on the back on other items that were marked
Made in Japan.
Probably in the 1950s.
