Charming Cover on September 1936 French Le Petit Echo de la Mode

"A good haircut makes everything better" is what I think it says on the front cover of this 13th September 1936 issue of the French Fashion Paper Le Petit Echo de la Mode 
There are 15 pages of fashion illustrations, news, advice, crafts including knitting and great 1930s adverts.
The paper measures 36cm x 30cm.
There is a little fold on the front cover and the back cover is a bit grubby (see last photo)
